Made Event presents Dutch superstar DJ and producer, Ferry Corsten in New York City for his “Twice In A Blue Moon ” album release tour at Webster Hall on Saturday, February 28th, 2009.

Twice In A Blue Moon is the highly anticipated third artist album by trance heavyweight Ferry Corsten. The Dutch superstar has consistently shown his electronic talent through slick production and epic DJ sets, with his success being illustrated in the DJ Top 100 poll top ten where Ferry has had a residency for the past five years.

After the massive 2006-artist album L.E.F and prior to that Right Of Way back in 2003, Ferry Corsten has been anything but quiet. This year alone saw Netherlands’ most famous export remixing U2, Nelly Furtado and the new anthemic single “Human” from The Killers, putting on the massive 12,000 capacity event “Full On Ferry”, where eight hour sets don’t go a miss plus touring at mega-parties around the world. Now back with artist album Twice In A Blue Moon, Ferry Corsten presents 12 upfront electronic cuts that will appeal to dance fans and clubbers alike.

The album includes uplifting trance tracks such as “Radio Crash” (the first single), Shanti and Twice In A Blue Moon, to the big electro sound of “Brain Box” that we all know Ferry for. A little wink to the 80’s can be found in “We Belong”, to the beautiful and fragile “Visions of Blue” and “Gabriella’s Sky”, an ode to his newborn daughter. The vocal productions “Black Velvet”, “Feel You” and “Made Of Love” are beautiful melodic creations that will soon be named as Corsten classics. The new single, “Made of Love” featuring the enchanting vocals of Betsie Larkin comes with remixes by Super8 & Tab, Duderstadt, PUSH end Bobina.

Twice In A Blue Moon gives a fine impression of the DJ sets Ferry Corsten plays today and perfectly illustrates his creative skills and abilities, showing why his sound really does appeal to all. Evolving his skills to match his signature style, this album shows why he deserves to be titled one of the best DJ-producers in the world.

Made Event presents the genre defying legendary DJ/Producer Sasha with Ulrich Schnauss at Webster Hall on Friday, November 7th for one of his final performances on the Invol2ver Tour.

Finally, after 4 years, false tracklistings, fake torrent downloads and even doctored artwork, Sasha’s “Invol2ver”, the follow up to the album that redefined the DJ mix has arrived. It quickly garnered a #1 spot on iTunes’ US Dance Chart after its digital release and has since remained in the top 25.  Invol2ver has recently been nominated for the prestigious People’s Design Award and Sasha was named Top Progressive House DJ at this year’s DJ Awards in Ibiza.

Featuring 13 tracks worth of Sasha gold, the standard edition features Sasha’s unique re-workings of musical giants such as Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and American folk singer Ray LaMontagne as well as formidable electronic artists Apparat and Ladytron, while the limited edition comes equipped with a second CD of Sasha remix exclusives. These include alternative edits of Charlie May’s ‘Midnight (Extended Mix)’, Home Video’s ‘Gas Tank (Sasha Invol2ver Remix)’, Lostep’s ‘Burma (Involver Dub Mix)’, Thom Yorke’s ‘Eraser (Sasha Coma Remix)’, Sasha Vs Ray LaMontagne ‘Eclipse (CM Dub Mix)’ and Girls In Hawaii ‘Flavor (Sasha Invol2ver Remix)’.

Joining Sasha for this very special night of music is Ulrich Schnauss, the Berlin-based artist known for creating a sound that meanders between shoegazer and dance while also demonstrating his skill for songwriting.

Made Event presents Italian techno titan MAURO PICOTTO and Dutch phenom SANDERVAN DOORN at Webster Hall– Friday, December 7th, 2007.

After many years spending half his life producing and doing A&R for BXR Records at the Media Records studio complex in Brescia, Italy, and half DJing every weekend, Mauro Picotto decided in 2003 to dedicate his energy towards to his DJ career and his own Meganite branded events and parties. Now with Meganites in London, Miami, Turin, Glasgow, Montreal, and at Priviledge in Ibiza, Mauro frequently plays much of his own music designed specifically for the mood & energy of these nights. His sound now is a fusion of funky minimal house, with the techy edge and melodic elements that were always involved with his trademark sound. With renewed energy in 2007, Mauro sees the release of his new artist album ‘Now & Then’, on the brand new imprint SW Records and the Meganite Ibiza 2007 CD and DVD, following another successful season of the Meganite residency in Ibiza, now in its 4th year. This is a fresh and exciting new chapter in Mauro’s incredible career, and Now & Then is an excellent album marking a brilliant shift in musical direction.

In just four years, and coming out of nowhere Sander van Doorn’s rapid ascent continues with his latest #15 ranking in the DJ Mag Top 100 poll and the launch of his own label Doorn Records. With Sander on A&R duties, the ethos behind Doorn Records is simple – to discover new, unsigned talent and expose it to the world. To date the response has been tremendous with heaps of new tracks being submitted, be it via Myspace or the website. The first release on Doorn Records will be Sander’s own massive “Riff” with a killer remix by none other than techno giant, mister CARL COX! On the horizon for 2008, Sander readies his long-awaited debut long player and a global album tour.
